Position Title: Customer Service Associate
Reports To: Customer Service Manager
Purpose of Position:
The customer service representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for internal and external Ethos Beauty Partners customers. Using excellent knowledge of our company’s products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the Customer Service Representative.
Position Summary:
Daily Functions
Provide accurate information to process any incoming calls for a customer placing an order in a call center atmosphere.
Update any customer changes associated with the account name, address, deliveries or shipping.
Work directly with the credit/ billing department to address any issues, questions or concerns regarding the customer’s billing inquiries. –provide a solution.
Assist the customer with any UPS/FedEx shipping/tracking question or concerns- provide a solution.
Assist customers with any returns or complaints- provide a solution.
Record details and inform your manager of customers complaints regarding any shipping; lost/missing or damaged items - provide a solution.
Refer customer to supervisor or manager to provide assistance if the customer is not happy with the actions provided.
Provide customer with information about product knowledge, current promotions or inventory updates.
